This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Building Surveyor to gain invaluable hands-on experience across a diverse project portfolio, all while receiving structured and tailored APC support within a collaborative environment.
The Role As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a wide range of services, including:
*Party wall matters
*Dilapidations
*Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
*Employer’s Agent duties
*Schedules of condition
*Technical Due Diligence (TDD)
The Ideal Candidate The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have:
*A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying, or an RICS-accredited degree.
*At least 2 years of relevant experience within a consultancy or private practice.
*A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to completing their APC.
*A self-motivated, eager-to-learn mindset, thriving within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
