About the Role *As a Junior Production Engineer, you will:
*Assist with the assembly and testing of access control systems in line with customer order requirements.
*Ensure all systems are built to high standards of quality and functionality.
*Work collaboratively with the production and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.
*Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the assembly and testing process.

What We’re Looking For *A strong interest in electronics and mechanical engineering.
*A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) or hands-on experience with building and repairing electronics or computers.
*A keen eye for detail and a passion for working with technology.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new skills.

What We Offer *Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
*£25,000 per annum + discretionary company bonus.
*29 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).
