Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Mansfield
Salary: Up to £28,000
Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for providing exceptional client service and supporting financial professionals? Our client, a National firm of Independent Financial Advisors who specialise in providing tailored financial solutions to private clients and businesses in the UK.
Join this dynamic team in Mansfield, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting Paraplanners and Financial Planners in delivering outstanding service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare and process client review packs, portfolio reports, and financial planning documents.
*Handle new business applications, client instructions, and track transactions through to completion.
*Maintain accurate client records, proactively reviewing accounts to ensure data integrity.
*Collaborate with product providers and central teams to secure client information and manage submissions.
*Participate in weekly team meetings, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
*Assist with data management, compliance, and regulatory requirements to ensure adherence to company standards.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
*Proven administrative experience in a financial services environment (Minimum 1 year).
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
*Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
*Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A proactive and flexible approach, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable Skills:
*Knowledge of Investment Wrap Platforms and Intelligent Office systems.
*Background in a small to medium-sized financial services setting, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
