*Lead the closing of capital accounts and support financial year-end processes.
*Provide strategic financial advice on capital investment projects.
*Liaise with senior stakeholders to drive financial decision-making.
Requirements:
*Extensive experience in capital finance, with a background in housing finance.
*Proven track record in closing capital accounts and managing complex financial portfolios.
*Strong communication and leadership skills.
*Available to work on a hybrid basis
