An established and well-respected firm specialising in personal injury and litigation is seeking an experienced Law Costs Draftsperson to join its dedicated in-house costs team.

Key Responsibilities
*Deliver comprehensive costing services to the firm
*Collaborate with fee earners on Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute and Points of Reply
*Handle negotiations and assessment proceedings
*Prepare detailed statements of costs and costs budgets
*While counsel is typically instructed, advocacy opportunities are available for those with relevant experience
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Law Costs Draftsperson
*Proven ability to manage a personal caseload independently
*Experience within personal injury or clinical negligence costs
*Proficiency with CostsMaster software is essential
