This role is perfect for a confident and motivated individual who has recently finished their A-Levels or University degree, as full training is provided.
Some Duties for the Trainee Mortgage Advisor;
*Recording and updating the lead enquiries on our database
*Conducting fact finds
*Making and maintaining good relationships with local Estate Agent partners
*Liaising with the mortgage lender, client, valuer and solicitor and keeping the mortgage advisor informed
*Taking daily direction and guidance from the Mortgage Advisors
Skills required for the Trainee Mortgage Advisor;
*You must be a recent university graduate or hold A-Levels (office experience required for the latter)
*Great verbal and written communication
*Good telephone manner
*Ability to work towards targets - a background in sales or finance may be an advantage
*Enthusiasm to learn and a drive to progress - they’re looking for people who are motivated and confident!
