Family Solicitor (c.5+ Years PQE)

The Role
The firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with at c.5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in divorce, matrimonial finances, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a proven track record of managing a varied caseload and providing exceptional client care. You will also play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior team members, ensuring adherence to the firm’s national standards.
Key responsibilities include:
*Handling a diverse caseload, including: *Divorce and separation
*Matrimonial finances and asset distribution
*Private children matters, including custody arrangements
*Cohabitation disputes
*Supervising and supporting team members to achieve high performance.
*Maintaining a high standard of client care, with sensitivity to the challenging and time-sensitive nature of family law cases.
*Meeting deadlines and ensuring efficient time management under pressure.
