Job Description:
Duties:
*Running SAP reports as requested by engineers in the team.
*Dealing with queries received in the shared email address for the Hub Admin team or by direct email.
*Dealing with Inspection reports and raising follow on tasks for remedial works.
*Monthly updating of weekly safety statistics in preparation for Team Meeting using the safety stats database.
*Maintaining shared files and updating procedures General administrative tasks to support the engineering team.
Skills:
*SAP exp is mandatory. 2-3 years strong admin skills.
*Have the ability to work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems.
*Excellent organisational skills for own work and to facilitate structure in the wider team Self-starter who can proactively prioritise own workload.
*Are able to?push forward?your?own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities.?
*You’ll have the?aim to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and show your excellent communication skills.
*Work alongside both internal and external partners to achieve individual and shared outcomes.
*Have validated IT skills as you are going to be responsible for management reporting systems.
*Prior administrative experience.
*Excellent computer skills.
*Attention to detail.
