The Planning and Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in the business, collaborating closely with Channel Heads and the Operations Team to ensure seamless planning and forecasting across the multi-channel operations.

As Planning and Analytics Manager, you will:
*Analyse multi-channel sales data to create a consolidated seasonal forecast for the Operations Team.
*Provide a comprehensive overview of resource requirements to support efficient planning.
*Ensure timely placement of orders to meet operational demands.
*Take ownership of the MRP system and Warehouse Management System, ensuring their continuous improvement and optimisation.
*Collaborate with the finance team to align sales forecasts with broader business goals.
*Provide data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency.
As Planning and Analytics Manager, you will have:
*Experience in systems management, including MRP and Warehouse Systems.
*FMCG sector background.
*Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
*Advanced computer skills and software proficiency.
*Proactive, team-oriented problem-solver with attention to detail.
