Salary: £50 - £70k Our client, a niche B Corp certified business services law firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team in Truro. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive individual to contribute to the firm’s continued success.
Position Overview The Employment Solicitor will provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of employment matters, supporting clients that include employers, directors and senior employees. The role involves delivering client-focused solutions and representing the firm professionally.
Responsibilities * Advise on employment contracts, tribunal claims and settlement agreements

* Provide guidance on TUPE, corporate support and workplace HR matters

* Deliver clear, commercially-minded solutions and advice to clients

* Build professional networks and represent the firm effectively

* Collaborate with colleagues while working independently when required

Requirements * Qualified employment solicitor or equivalent qualification

* Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law

* Confident and proactive in advising clients on employment matters

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively

* Interest in business development and network building
