Job Title: Voids Supervisor
Location: North London
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 (Basic Salary), Company Van
Are you ready to take on a leadership role in delivering exceptional responsive maintenance services to residents? Spencer & James Recruitment are seeking a Voids Supervsior to join a leading Tier 1 Principal Contractor to ensure social housing maintenance contracts meet and exceed the needs of residents.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Manage Workflows: Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks to meet standards and SLAs.
* Represent the Team: Attend client and resident meetings as required.
* Ensure Performance: Monitor repairs, manage costs, and analyze KPIs and feedback.
* Lead Your Team: Develop your team and optimize staffing levels for efficient service.
What You Bring
* Holder of a SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Proven experience in responsive maintenance.
