Senior Lettings Negotiator - Colchester
OTE: £30,000 + Additional uncapped commission structure
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our teams in Colchester. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, negotiating Lets, and managing the day-to-day operations of our estate agency. You will be the face of our business and the primary point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities
*Provide exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
*Generate and book property viewings
*Conduct Valuations
*Negotiate property lets and ensure that all processes are completed in a timely manner
*Attend property viewings and provide customer feedback
*Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
*Monitor market trends to identify potential sales opportunities
*Keep up to date with industry developments and legislation
Requirements
*Previous experience in Lettings and estate agency 2-3 years
*IT Proficient and familiar with MS Office packages
*Ideally have some Lettings Valuation experience
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
*Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Hours are 8.30am - 6.00pm Mon - Thurs, 8.30am - 5.30pm Friday and Saturdays 9-5 (when Saturdays are worked a day is taken off in the week)
