Your Role:
As a Finanical Services Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of the team, assisting experienced paraplanners and financial advisors. Duties include:
*Obtaining the relevant paperwork or applications required to implement the proposed recommendations, including illustrations
*Submitting the relevant applications and ensuring that the recommendations and successfully implemented
*Chasing providers for information and updates
*Updating records on the back-office system
*Managing the full end to end administration from data gathering to producing suitability letters
What We’re Looking For:
*A passion for finance and helping people make informed financial decisions.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
*Ideally, some basic understanding of financial services or a related field (but full training will be provided!).
