Job Description:
Compliance Analyst | Lloyd’s Syndicate | London/WFH | £50 - 55,000 (doe)
Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing Lloyd’s syndicate in their search for a Compliance Analyst to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will have an array of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
*Supporting with regulatory reporting.
*Assisting in drafting, implementing, and embedding policies, procedures, processes, systems, and controls.
*Reviewing and managing sanction screenings.
*Handling sanction referrals.
*Preparing compliance and governance reports.
*Assisting with the compliance monitoring plan.
*Supporting with various projects including consumer duty.
*Horizon scanning.
*Conducting compliance training across the company.
*Serve as a Deputy Committee Secretary, where required, supporting the Committee Secretary in pack preparation, attending meetings and taking minutes.
Experience required:
*Minimum 3 years compliance experience.
*Must have experience of working of the insurance sector - within the London insurance market.
*Strong knowledge of compliance policies and procedures.
*Strong working knowledge of the FCA guidelines as well as Lloyd’s minimum standards.
*Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at varying levels including senior stakeholders.
Please note you will be required to work in their London office 3 days per week.
