Job Description:
Do you have experience of end to end management of administration within Financial Services? Can you develop positive relationships and collaborate well with others?

Our client, an award winning investment firm, is looking for a Client Executive to join their growing team in Birmingham.

You will:
*Act as the primary contact for clients, managing enquries and administrative communication
*Oversee the client life cycle process, including account opening, onboarding, transfers, and payments
*Maintain accurate records in client support systems
*Collaborate with the investment team to gather client information and produce necessary documentation
*Identify and implement process improvements, sharing best practices with the team
*Manage administrative tasks to support investment managers and facilitate business growth
Your skills and qualifications:
*Knowledge of Financial Services regulations and products
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
*High attention to detail in communications and administration
*Client-facing experience with effective relationship-building abilities
*Relevant experience in administration, with GCSEs in English and Maths (Grades A-C or equivalent preferred)
