The Company:

The Role:
Using your skills in speaking in Arabic You will be selling luxury homes in London to buyers from the Middle East. You will engage with investors and assist them in acquiring investment opportunities.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English will have at least one-year sales experience, be well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and, more importantly, a passion for succeeding within the real estate
Benefits
*Basic salary of £18k - £22k
*A lucrative salary and commission structure OTE £75k+

Responsibilities:
*Assist clients in buying and selling and understanding their needs and preferences.
*Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property to prospective buyers or tenants.
*Stay updated on the real estate market trends, changes in regulations, and industry best practices.
*Build and maintain a network of contacts, including property developers and Investors, to enhance business opportunities.
*Participate in social media and other marketing activities to promote properties and attract potential clients.
*Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
