Position: Counterbalance & Reach Truck Driver
Location: Leicester
Employment Type: Full-time 4 on 4 off 6AM - 6PM
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
*Safely operate both counterbalance and reach trucks for moving and stacking goods.
*Load and unload deliveries, ensuring goods are handled with care.
*Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in a safe, efficient manner.
*Perform regular safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal operation.
*Follow all health and safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
*Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Essential Requirements:
*Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licenses (required).
*Proven experience in operating both counterbalance and reach trucks.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
*Strong attention to safety and detail.
*Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
*Ability to lift and handle heavy goods as required.
