Our client, a well-established full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their busy family/matrimonial department in Cullompton.
Position Overview The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of family law matters, delivering exceptional client care and legal advice while contributing to the department’s growth and success.
Responsibilities * Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters

* Provide accurate and reliable legal advice to clients

* Stay current with legal developments in family law

* Actively participate in department marketing and client relations

* Maintain a network of professional contacts and referrers

Requirements * Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with family law experience

* Knowledge of divorce, civil partnership, separation, and cohabitee issues

* Experience in family finance and children matters

* Familiarity with the legal aid system (desirable)

* Excellent client care and communication skills

* Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
