Location: Remote working with in-person attendance at Planning Committees

As the council’s dedicated Planning Lawyer, you will:
*Deliver expert legal advice on complex planning matters, including Section 106 agreements, enforcement actions, and public inquiries.
*Support high-profile projects that will define the future of East Hertfordshire’s communities.
*Advise and guide elected members and officers, with a key role in Planning Committees.
*Develop innovative solutions to the legal challenges of a dynamic and busy planning authority.
