Our client, a well-established law firm in the heart of Devon, is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join their thriving team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor to make a meaningful impact while growing their career in a supportive environment.
Position Overview As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will play a crucial role in supporting the firm’s commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of both staff and clients.
Responsibilities * Manage a personal caseload of Private Client Matters

* Provide accurate and efficient legal advice to clients

* Ensure compliance with department, firm, and SRA regulations

* Maintain close client contact and deliver outstanding service

* Develop and update legal knowledge through ongoing training

Requirements * Qualified Solicitor with 2+ PQE or qualified Chartered Legal Executive

* Previous experience in a similar Private Client role, including knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts, and elderly client services

* STEP membership or working towards full membership preferred (but not essential)

* Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment
