Job Description:
Site Administrator is required for a specialist commercial company who services specialise across the food manufacturing industry.
Initially this role will be employed on a temporary basis with the view to be made permanent within 3 months. If you’re available immediately this would be advantageous.
We are looking for someone who has experience within food manufacturing or a food environment and a passion for promotion recycling with the ability to be creative with waste ideas.
As Site Administrator you will be working full-time on-site working mainly at the Liverpool site (4 days a week) but also spend a day at Manchester, so you must be able to drive between the sites (you will be paid mileage for any travel to Manchester).
In reward you will be paid a salary of c. £28,000 p.a. plus benefits.
This is an exciting role, as it’s not a ’standard, sit at your desk office job’, this is a role where every day is different, you will be very active within the factory building relationships, speaking to external partners and maintain dashboards.
Site Administrator will:
*Communicate and execute imperfect product sales agenda and waste streams reporting into the central administration team.
*Organise collection opportunities for imperfect product.
*Work collaboratively and escalate any potential risks.
*Report on waste streams progress on a weekly basis to stakeholders.
We are looking for the Site Administrator to have:
*A food safety certificate/qualification or an environmental related degree.
*Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
*Logical mind and an eye for detail.
*IT literate, especially within MS Excel and PowerPoint.
*Excellent communication skills.
