Description
As the HR Advisor you will:-
*Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees
*Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
*Manage all aspects of employee relations
*Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
*Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives
*Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
*Participate in HR projects as required
*Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
*CIPD Level 5
*Proven experience in a similar HR role ideally within FMCG/Manufacturing
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Solid ER experience (grievances, disciplinaries, absences)
