This role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to contribute across the full investment lifecycle, encompassing deal origination, execution, and post-acquisition value creation. Responsibilities:
*Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities in the healthcare / technology sectors.
*Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities through financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
*Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
*Collaborate internally, and with external advisors to execute transactions and manage portfolio investments effectively.
Requirements:
*~3+ Years M&A experience, at a bulge-bracket or reputable boutique investment bank (Analyst 3 / Associate 1 grade preferred). Consulting backgrounds will also be considered.
*Candidates with mid-market Private Equity experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
*You MUST have relevant transaction experience within either Healthcare, or Technology.
*Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
*Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Genuine interest and enthusiasm for healthcare or technology businesses.
