Our client, a thriving full-service law firm, is seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their team in Kingsbridge.
Position Overview The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of disputes, including property litigation, contentious trusts and probate, and commercial and construction disputes, with the opportunity to specialise in specific areas over time.
Responsibilities * Manage a varied caseload of disputes with available supervision

* Handle property litigation, contentious trusts and probate, and commercial disputes

* Develop expertise in specific areas of dispute resolution

* Provide excellent client care and build strong relationships

* Contribute to the growth and development of the department

Requirements * 1-5 years PQE in dispute resolution

* Experience in County Courts and/or High Court litigation

* Knowledge of property, trust, probate, and construction disputes

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

* Commitment to providing exceptional client care

* Enthusiasm for networking and building client relationships
