Luxury Travel Concierge
37.5 hours per week

Luxury Travel Concierge Duties:
Role Duties
* Role Duties
* Assisting with concierge requests across our three brands

* Assisting with administration across our three brands

* Taking Ownership and Management from start to end for customers in destination experience

* Being exceptionally thorough and accurate in checking all client documentation.

* Support the sales team with booking amends and questions when needed

* Support marketing team with Health Travel website content, including hotel and retreat descriptions

* Occasionally liaise directly with clients

* Maximising opportunities to upsell and proactively offer additional services

* Take payments on behalf of the sales team where necessary

* Request invoices from suppliers and check costs against the bookings before sending to Accounts to ensure they are paid on time

* Managing final balance payments to ensure they are received on time from the client

* Take responsibility for problem solving in a professional and diplomatic manner to maintain customer service levels

Requirements * Two years’ experience in luxury travel

* Amadeus GDS experience preferable but not essential

* Great enthusiasm for working in Luxury Travel

* Entrepreneurial spirit to think outside of the box and problem solve

* Ambitious, always looking to grow yourself and the company

* Team Player, taking the lead in team meetings and making a valuable input to improve team KPI’s.

* Proactive, continually looking for ways to improve processes and the customer journey.

* Ability to work independently, but enjoys working with people

* Values a good work life balance

* Detail oriented, always looking at the finer details to make the difference to a client.
