Are you passionate about customer care and have a keen interest in IT and sports? Club Systems International Ltd, the global leader in golf IT applications, is looking for two Service Desk Analysts to join our dynamic team and support our growing customer base worldwide.
Since 1982, Club Systems International Ltd has been at the forefront of designing, building, and supporting innovative solutions for golf club administration and management. Our flagship product, ClubV1, along with our Merlin Touch EPOS solution and mobile applications, supports over 1,750 golf clubs globally. With clients spanning the UK, Europe, and countries like Kenya, Belize, and St Lucia, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional service to golf clubs and federations around the world.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver exceptional customer support across various communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
*Diagnose and log incidents accurately, providing effective solutions to meet customer-focused SLAs.
*Collaborate with customers to resolve software and hardware issues efficiently.
*Work as part of a dedicated team to continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
*Follow best practices of the Service Desk Institute to maintain a high standard of support.
What We’re Looking For
*A passion for delivering outstanding customer care in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
*Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
*12 months of experience in a technical or customer service role or a Level 3 IT qualification (or higher).
*GCSEs in Math and English (or equivalent professional certifications).
*Interest in IT technologies and sports.
Desired Skills & Experience
*Familiarity or interest in golf.
*Experience with EPOS systems and Microsoft Office.
*Knowledge of ITIL Foundation or higher.
*Basic understanding of networking concepts.
