*Process purchase invoices and prepare weekly payment runs
*Reconcile customer and supplier statements
*Handle expenses and business credit card processing
*Manage credit control and respond to member finance queries
*Prepare daily bank reconciliations
*Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliations
*Post transactions and journals
*Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and month-end tasks
*Develop an understanding of accounts preparation and Trial Balance processes
*Contribute to system and process improvements
*Studying towards (or interested in pursuing) AAT/ACCA qualifications
*Experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment is a plus
*Excellent interpersonal skills - friendly, proactive, and a great team player
*Strong attention to detail with a passion for finance and business operations
