Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Didcot. Assessments available Friday 17th January 2025 for 06:00 & 10:00.

** Must have 12 months class 1 experience **

Position: Class 1 Driver
Pay: £17.00 - £18.63 per hour
Hours: AM & PM start times available (typically between 07:00 - 17:00 but flexibility will be required)
Days: Available 5 out of 7 days. Weekend availability is required due to nature of the business

Role includes, and not limited to:
*Transport goods between different locations, ensuring efficient delivery schedules
*Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle for trunking operations, adhering to company policies
*Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and report any issues
*Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details
*Communicate effectively with the transportation team and other drivers to coordinate trunking operations

Requirements:
*Class 1 licence with a minimum 12 months driving experience
*No more than 9 points on your licence
*Strong knowledge of road safety and excellent driving skills
*Available to work weekdays and weekends
*Valid CPC card and digital tacho card
