French speaking Customer Service Associate
Location: Swansea
Hybrid Working (3 days in the Office)
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus great benefits

The Company:
A leading service provider in the education sector with international clientele.
Main Duties:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The Role:
- To respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- To enter and update tickets in the system and liaise with team members in order to resolve customer issues
- To process invoices and payments and follow up if required
- To develop and maintain long lasting customer relations to increase return business
- To liaise with customers and provide updates on events details or payments
- To provide basic technical support or escalate if a complex scenario
- To attend events or trade shows when required
The Candidate:
- Fluent in French to business standard (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in a customer service role- Essential
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate
