A leading Banking and Financial Services Institution is looking for a hybrid Project/ Business Manager to join their Core Compliance transformation team. This role will focus on managing change and serving as a centre of excellence in oversight within core compliance.
Start Date - ASAP
Location - London City
Duration - 6 months
Rate - Market Rate
Hyrbid - 3 days a week in the office

Key Requirements:
*At least 8 years’ experience of non-technology program/project management or change management experience;
*5+ years’ financial industry Compliance experience;
*Non-negotiable : a strong banking background;
*Strong attention to detail and comfort in producing documentation and MI reports;
*5+ years of progressive process improvement experience;
*Effective communication skills are essential for liaising with various stakeholders.
