Marketing Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Poole, Dorset
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm
Contract: Full Time, 12 Month Maternity Cover

They are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth.
Main Responsibilities:
*Leading integrated marketing campaigns: From concept to execution, including briefing, approvals, and budget management.
*Developing compelling marketing copy: Crafting engaging content for various channels (e.g., email, social media, website, print).
*Managing digital marketing efforts: Executing successful digital campaigns across all key platforms.
*Supporting trade shows and events: Coordinating logistics, producing branded materials, and managing on-site presence.
*Liaising with key stakeholders: Building strong relationships with sales, design, and product teams.
*Mentoring and guiding a Marketing Executive
Skills/Experience Required as Marketing Manager:
*Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
*Creative thinker with a passion for product marketing.
*Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
*Proactive and results-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.
