Job Description:
My client, a dynamic and forward thinking organisation, is looking for?a?bright?and enthusiastic Senior Events Executive with a "can-do" attitude to join a growing Event Delivery team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of physical events for the European and US market, up to 2 per month. Ranging in size and logistical complexity, you will partner with key stakeholders and lead on the planning, development, and delivery of our events to create a memorable and unique experience for each customer.
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive individual who possesses excellent communication and time management skills. You must work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Min duties include:
Communicate with all customer types throughout the event life cycle: delegates, speakers, and sponsors
Work extensively with conference hotel, including but not limited to costs, setup, catering, Wi-Fi etc.
Manage staff flights and accommodation
Represent the campaign and organisation onsite (international travel is required)
Create and proof event documentation
Creating running order for each event
Sourcing, negotiating, and managing external suppliers when applicable including but not limited to: AV, Technology, Signage, Onsite Professionals
Budget management
Create, implement, and deliver mobile apps for the larger campaigns
Work closely with campaign project team to deliver on key goals and objectives of the campaign
Lead and delegate tasks to event executives working with you on larger campaigns
Assist with process updates and implementation of new projects
The right candidate for this role must have higher education degree or similar (Event Management degree preferred) and 1+ years of event management experience, specifically within the conference field.??
This is a hybris role, with office based in Central London. International travel will sometimes be required too.
Starting salary of 30K plus annual bonus, and excellent bens package.
