A founder led business who design and develop leading consumer products for retailers globally. Supplying beauty gifts to the market, an award-winning business that is continuing on a huge growth trajectory is now looking to solidify their operations team.

What will you do?
*Management of all 3PL partners setting KPIs and monitoring OTIF rate
*Lead 2 operations executives, conducting 1 to 1s and upskilling
*Point of contact for all freight movement ensuring shipping compliance
*Oversea E2E supply chain including stock, distribution and warehousing
*Maintain safety stock levels across 3PLs and forecasting accuracy
*Monitor operational costs and implement strategies to increase productivity
What do you need?
*Operations experience from an SME consumer goods brand is essential
*Worked with 3PLs international ideally US / Europe
*Strong people management skills, able to upskill and build a team
*Process driven and troubleshooter, always looking for ways to improve
*Good with data, ERP systems and excel
*Happy to be in the office and wanting to grow with a brand
