Job Title: Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative
Salary: £34745pa to £39024pa depending on experience
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform maintenance tasks.
*Take lead on projects
*Troubleshoot in all trades
*Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report issues to the manager.
*Work closely with other departments to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
*Painting and decorating, tiling, dry lining, tape and jointing, siliconing, basic carpentry, other general maintenance duties.

Key Requirements:
*Proven experience in a Senior Multi-Skilled maintenance role.
*Experience in taking lead on projects.
*Being able to troubleshoot in all the trades.
*Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A full UK driving license
*Valid CSCS card or willingness to gain.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week contracted hours, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
