Key Responsibilities: Primary School Teacher - Thornton Heath, Croydon
*Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (depending on experience/qualification)
*Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported
*Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
*Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the success and wellbeing of every student
*Contribute to the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities and school events
*Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge
What We’re Looking For: Primary School Teacher - Thornton Heath, Croydon
*A qualified Primary School Teacher with QTS (PGCE, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent)
*Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (NQTs welcome to apply)
*A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their academic and personal growth
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills
*A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach to teaching and working within a team
