Job Description:
Position: Membership Coordinator
Salary: c. £24,750 PA
Contract: 1 x Permanent and 1 x Maternity Contract
Location: Warwick CV34, hybrid based, 2 WFH, 3 in office. No flexibility on that
Working Shifts: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 37 hours p/w

Key Responsibilities:
*Process new membership applications and renewals efficiently.
*Handle membership upgrades and ensure all checks are completed.
*Administer Direct Debits for fee collection.
*Maintain high-quality membership records.
*Provide excellent customer service to members and potential members.
*Assist with membership queries via phone, email, and letters.
*Support other teams with membership-related queries.
Skills and Requirements:
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Strong oral and written communication skills.
*Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Our client offers:
• Onsite car park
• FREE courses after probation period (level 3 and 4 equivalent)
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, extended with length of service (up to 28 days holidays)
