Requirements for applicants
*Previous experience of working in the Water Hygiene and or Water Treatment industry
*Experience of managing customer service
*Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
*The ability to use MS Office applications to a high standard, specifically Excel
*The ability to travel anywhere in the UK, including overnight stays if necessary
*Have a full driving licence
Duties and Responsibilities
*Be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, including securing new business from new customers, ensuring quality customer service is delivered to existing customers and annual sales targets are met.
*Negotiate new and upsell business at the desired profit margins
*Help mobilise contracts secured.
*Work collaboratively and professionally with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs
*Produce cost estimates and sales documents to the highest standard
*Minimise any outstanding debt on accounts managed.
*Maintain an accurate and valuable sales pipeline.
