We are excited to be partnering with an established client within the real estate specialism who are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join their dynamic team in Chelmsford following a period of growth.

Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will…
• Ensure that weekly and monthly sales reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist the Accounts Manager the preparation of monthly management accounts, including prepayments, reconciliations, journals and accruals 
• Assist with the preparation of year end including audit
• Manage accounts receivable by following up on outstanding fees and updating debtor balances.

Requirements:
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will need…
• A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• An understanding of Access Accounting and Xero.
• Previous experience or exposure to preparation of Management Accounts
