*Significant relevant experience of JavaScript, Python, Django.
*Support our data environment and ensure all data flows between systems are accurate.
*Provide support to staff on all systems
*Ensuring the security of the software design. This includes implementing robust security policies and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices for handling and managing data.
*Continuously seek to expand a range of skills in accommodating changes in the wider data access and technical landscape.
*As required by the Head of IT Services, undertake tasks that relate to accessibility, attendance management and learning management system quality standards.
*Maintain and support Office 365 environment (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams etc)
*Use all IT systems appropriately and effectively, to include SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
Profile
Qualifications
*Microsoft 365 certfication
*Post Graduate degree in IT
*ITIL certification
*Full stack developer certification preferred
Experience and attributes
*A thorough understanding of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
*Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to engage and work positively with a wide range of people.
*Ability to work independently as well as take direction and work collaboratively across divisional and departmental boundaries.
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise.
