*Optimize model components for real-world impact, enhancing user experiences.
*Drive continuous improvements across data quality, performance, and reusability.
*Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
*Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and APIs in a multi-disciplinary team.
Core Skills:
*Proven experience deploying ML systems in real-time, high-throughput environments.
*Expertise in Python and applied ML frameworks.
*Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and MLOps practices (containerization, CI/CD).
*Background in distributed microservice architecture and real-time processing.
*Strong architectural decision-making balancing innovation and reliability.
*Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to production.
*Curiosity to explore modern ML engineering approaches.
Desired Skills:
*Experience with LLMs, NLP, RAG systems, and vector stores.
