Description
*Participate in job analysis and job evaluation exercises
*Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
*Participate in the development of role profiles
*Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents
*Support the HR team in any other tasks as required
*Participate in HR projects as needed
*Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals
*Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Profile
A successful Job Analyst should have:
*The ideal candidate should have NJC experience
*Would consider candidates that are trained in Hays or WTW or Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology
*Proven knowledge of HR practices and principles
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
*Strong organisational and planning skills
