Assignment Details
*Manage the firm’s service delivery, ensuring that Managers meet expectations, adhere to deadlines, and operate within budget constraints.
*Guarantee that clients benefit from a well-rounded and thorough service experience.
*Conduct performance reviews and facilitate training and professional development for team members.
*Act as the firm’s representative at networking and industry events, while spotting potential business growth opportunities.
*Seek opportunities to promote and expand the firm’s services to both new and existing clients.
*Demonstrate innovative thinking and creative business strategies to drive the firm’s continued success.
*Evaluate and update existing systems to enhance efficiency within the practice.
Skills Required
*ACA/ ACCA qualified accountant
*Proven background in practice, with comprehensive expertise in accounts, audit, and tax.
*Significant experience in senior-level team leadership.
*Strong technical knowledge with a keen eye for detail.
*Exceptional skills in communication and client advisory.
