We are looking for two dedicated Stock Condition Surveyors to join a fantastic housing association in South Manchester. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the Construction department, conducting thorough inspections and assessments of our properties.

Description
*Conducting thorough and detailed stock condition surveys
*Creating accurate and concise survey reports
*Identifying and reporting on any defects or maintenance issues
*Collaborating with the wider Construction team to schedule necessary repairs
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and standards
*Ensuring all work is conducted in line with health and safety guidelines
*Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic planning
*Continually striving for excellence in all areas of property surveying
Profile
A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:
*A degree in building surveying or a related field
*Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
*Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards
*Experience of Stock Condition Surveys
