Description
The Site Manager will report directly to Group Operations Manager and will:
*Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
*Effectively manage and develop a team of c.100
*Deliver site KPI’s and deliver reports at group level
*Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
*Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and stakeholders
*Monitor and deliver site budgets and expenditures
*Manage and deliver Capex projects
*Maintain and drive high standards across site
Profile
The successful Site Manager will posses a range of the following:
*Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry (food/beverage advantageous)
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
*Proficiency in project management and budgeting
*Great problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
*High level communicator
*Passion, pride and enthusiasm
Job Offer
