£30,000 - £40,000 + Technical Training + Pension

Workshop based, commutable from Reading, Basingstoke, Henley, Newbury, Farnham and the surrounding areas.

In this role, you will manage client relationships, coordinate engineer workloads, and ensure efficient task prioritisation. You will handle quoting, invoicing, and oversee timesheets and job cards to ensure timely completion of all tasks and maintain high service standards.

This role would suit a background in engineering services whether from a technical or coordination perspective, with the ideal candidate having prior experience in a similar role or an eagerness to progress from hands-on engineering work.

The Role:
*Manage and lead a high performing team
