*Build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external partners, including high-level executives in the financial sector.
*Organize and execute company-wide meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery.

*4–10 years in high-level administrative roles, with prior experience as an EA in financial services or a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
*Skilled in executive support, cross-functional project coordination, and working with diverse stakeholders, including external financial professionals.
*Confident in managing multiple priorities in an evolving environment, with the ability to think quickly and act decisively.
*Outstanding communication abilities, capable of tailoring messages for different audiences while maintaining a polished and professional tone.
*Adept in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
