Residential Conveyancer - Swindon
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Hybrid Working: Available

The Role As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:
* Manage your own diverse caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title.
* Handle more complex property matters such as lease extensions, new builds, shared ownership, and rural property transactions.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
* Ensure all work meets high legal and regulatory standards.
* Contribute to the firm’s strong reputation by delivering excellent client care and high-quality legal advice.

* Be confident in dealing with more complex transactions, including rural properties and leasehold extensions.
* Have excellent organisational, communication, and client care skills.
* Be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality legal work.
