*Basic Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 (DOE)

*Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and building long-term trust.

*Leadership: Lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
*Achievement: Continuously exceed targets and strive for excellence in all aspects of your work.
The Ideal Candidate: *Experience: Previous estate agency and customer service experience.
*Target-Driven: Motivated, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
*Client Focus: Comfortable working with high-net-worth clients and providing tailored services.
*Marketing Competence: Ability to design and execute marketing strategies for a prestigious clientele.
*Motivation & Enthusiasm: A driven, enthusiastic individual with a passion for the property industry.
*Organisational Skills: Strong time management and a high standard of service.
*Car Owner & License: Full driving license with insurance for business use.
