Conveyancing Paralegal - Chippenham
Location: Chippenham
Salary: Up to £30,000
Employment Type: Permanent - Full-time
TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a reputable, client-focused law firm with offices in Salisbury and Chippenham. The firm is looking to expand its team by adding a Conveyancing Paralegal to their property department in Chippenham. Known for offering a personal and high-quality service, the firm is in the midst of exciting growth and development.

The Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist fee earners with the following duties:
*Compiling and sending out draft contract papers.
*Drafting AP1s and TR1s.
*Requesting searches and dealing with the Land Registry and SDLT.
*Chasing outstanding enquiries and sending requisition statements.
*Working closely with fee earners to ensure the efficient growth of the department.
*Assisting with both freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
*Have at least 2 years of solid experience working within Residential Conveyancing.
*Be confident and professional in both written and verbal communication.
*Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
*Have knowledge of case management systems and online systems used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications, etc.
*Be proactive in communicating with clients and taking ownership of tasks.
*Be committed to training and development and enthusiastic about the role.
