What will the Accounts Assistant role involve:
*Monitoring of email inbox, replying to queries, saving down invoices.
*Processing supplier invoices.
*Credit Card reconciliations.
*Weekly supplier payment runs.
*Process proforma invoices for faster payments.
*Sales ledger invoicing and credit control. 
Suitable candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
*Some prior experience in accounts, specifically with purchase ledger and sales ledger. 
*The willingness to be hands on and support within a small team.
*Due to the office locations candidates will need to have access to a car.
